What to Bring
Comfortable gym attire (shorts, t-shirts, or leggings)
Training is done barefoot
Hand towel
Flip flops (if you plan to shower)
All boxing gloves can be provided by the gym.
However, we encourage you to bring your own gear if you have it, or plan to purchase your own after committing to a membership.
Eating Advisory
Avoid eating a heavy meal at least 1.5–2 hours before class
Light snacks are acceptable if needed for energy
Stay hydrated before, during, and after training.
Class Structure
Warm-Up
Classes begin with various calisthenics to build cardio endurance and strength conditioning.
A typical class will have all levels warm up together, we encourage you to go at your own pace, then the class is separated by level. Due to smaller classes during the morning and afternoon, the levels are taught together
Fundamentals & Technique
Students are introduced to:
Proper Stance, Guard, and Footwork
How to hold and strike Thai pads
Basic strikes including Jab, Cross, and Thai Kicks
Progression from individual striking into combinations
Conditioning & Burnout
Classes finish with high-intensity burnouts combining calisthenics and Muay Thai striking drills
Cool Down
Light stretching to improve flexibility and aid recovery.
