Beginners who are new to Muay Thai will work closely with instructors and or more experienced students to learn fundamental skills.
The beginner class will focus on:
Intermediate classes are for students who have learned the basic skills and techniques outlined in the beginner class, and have been approved by our instructors to join the advanced class. Typically, students are eligible after attending 3-4 beginner classes.

Sparring classes are by invitation only.
Even if you have sparred at another gym, we need to ensure that you are ready to join our sparring sessions. Please join and continue to practice in our intermediate classes with us!

We provide all the gear for your first class, including gloves and Muay Thai pads, so don’t worry about bringing your own. We also train barefoot so leave your fancy footwear at the door.
Hydration is super important! Bring enough water to stay hydrated before, after and during our classes because we’re going to make you sweat!
