Using only your own weight, we never repeat the same class. We aim to push you to your physical limits and beyond – but in the end you are in charge. Your mind will want to quit before your body does. It never gets easier, you just get better.
Staying engaged is what keeps you coming back for more. Once your mind is engaged you won’t let go. You’ll hunger for more knowledge and grow physically but also mentally. Train your grit, discipline and mindset and apply it outside of the ring.
