Muay Thai is for everyone, whether you’ve had 10 fights or can only do 10 sit-ups. You can join us for an incredible workout and continue for fitness only or get in the ring – the choice is yours!

Getting in shape is the point! Start with what you have and build from there. From 10 pushups to 100, any growth is positive!

Sparring is by invitation only because this is a combat sport. Everyone can hit but not everyone can defend. It is important to us that your attitude and basic skills meet our expectation, for everyone's safety.

You NEVER have to fight, but we promise you will NEVER be bored. We will always challenge you!

Nothing at first, but as your commitment grows, you will need to invest in gloves, hand wraps and shin guards. If you are invited to spar, you will also need a mouth guard, headgear and a groin cup.

Muay Thai is a defensive sport, but it is combative. As you increase your knowledge and skill you will not fall to injuries. But like all sports, sometimes accidents can happen.
